The client shouldn’t have to repeat what your team already knows.
Requests, decisions, and small promises arrive through different teammates over months or years. Carom turns the correspondence they choose to share into a client history the whole account team can use.
A client relationship should read like one history.
The account does not begin at the latest ticket or the last meeting. Carom carries forward the winning promises, the ordinary correspondence, the decisions, and the people involved.
Each item remains connected to its source, so a teammate can move from the account history into the original email or event whenever the detail matters.

Tuesday’s review now includes operations
Carter is joining, phased pricing is due Friday, and the team has two promises to close before the meeting.
Two open tasks
Personal mail starts private. Teammates see shared mailboxes and the relationship history people deliberately make available.
The next person should pick up the relationship, not restart it.
Coverage works when the teammate stepping in can see who the client is, what has changed, and which promises are still open—then talk with the team in the same place. Support, billing, contracts, and renewals can stay in the systems that run them.

I’m out for Tuesday’s review. @Alex Dina wants the vendor transition kept in the pilot order, and she’s expecting phased pricing Friday.
👍 1Got it. I read the recent threads and the pilot notes. I’ll bring the pricing and make sure Carter is on the invite.
See what the next person can know before they step in.
