What you want to share should be there—available to everyone who needs it, where they need it. What’s private stays private. Anything you share, you share on your terms.
Your emails, events, files, and other information come from your inbox, shared mailboxes, or the records that your colleagues choose to share with you. See it all together, while always knowing where it came from.
We make sharing simple, but also specific: always know who will see what, and control how long they can see it. Here’s what that looks like.
Have your discussion inside the thread, contact, organization, or file, so nobody has to reconstruct the conversation—or its context—later. @mention a teammate and they’ll join the chat wherever it is. And comments are internal, so don’t worry that your customers will see what you say.
Carter’s follow-up questions are sharp—he’s comparing us against a spreadsheet system they built in-house. @Taylor can you pull the vendor-management one-pager before the demo?
👍 1On it—also adding the multi-property pricing example from the Oakwell deck.
When you’re mentioned, assigned a task, or something new is shared with you, Carom tells you right in the app, not in your inbox.
