Integrate with Help Scout support
Help Scout is a help desk that makes it easy for businesses to help their customers with email support and an integrated knowledge base. Our Help Scout integration allows you to import your customer contacts and shows your conversations and their status in Carom while viewing people’s records.
To integrate with Help Scout, you’ll need the API key from your Help Scout control panel. You can generate an API key by clicking the “Your Profile” link at the top right in Help Scout. Note that Help Scout API integration is only available to Help Scout users with paid accounts.
